1) The stock should move above the 200 MA (because it shows that the stock is in an uptrend)

2) You should see if any pattern is forming in the stock (for example - Cup & Handle pattern, Rectangle pattern)

3) Is the volume increasing on the day of the breakout (this indicates that a large party is holding the stock)

4) If the stock consolidates in one place before the breakout and gives a breakout, then it is a strong breakout

**** If you see these patterns in a stock, you will know that you have found the best breakout stock. I will give an example of the explained image in the chart so that it will be easier to understand.
